DSM + Surge Analysis domain have been designed for the analysis of fluid flow in piping systems. It uses a Graphical User Interface that allows the users to quickly design and simulate fluid flow behavior in complex systems in transient regime.
Each Surge Analysis component represents a mathematical model of engineering component. Selected components are connected via nodes to form a network, which forms the computer model of the flow system.
DSM allows users to build their own components and to add them to this domain by
